We strictly limit data collection to essential functionality required for your personal experience:
- Account Details: Your name and email address when registering via Google, Apple, or email authentication.
- Manifestation Data: Private scripting entries, 3-6-9 rituals, goals, and personal reflections.
- Streak & Habit Logs: Routine completion timestamps and streak records.
- Technical Diagnostics: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics to guarantee application stability.
We never sell, rent, broker, or monetize your personal profile or journal entries to any third party, data broker, or advertising network under any circumstances.
2. How Your Information Is Utilized
- To personalize daily prompts, guidance, and AI mentor recommendations.
- To securely sync your journals across all your authenticated devices.
- To dispatch optional daily reminders and motivational notifications.
- To identify app performance bottlenecks and enhance system reliability.
3. Security & Cloud Encryption
All user data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS protocols. Data at rest is encrypted in secure PostgreSQL cloud storage protected by strict Row-Level Security (RLS) rules. Audio media tracks are delivered via time-bound, signed HMAC streaming tokens.
4. Billing & Subscription Privacy
In-app subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, and 3-Month Free Trial) are handled directly through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing. Dhyava does not store or process your financial card details.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You retain full sovereign control over your personal data:
- Right to Access: Review your stored profile data and entries at any time.
- Right to Erasure (Data Erasure): Permanently delete your account and all associated cloud entries via Settings → Delete Account & Data.
- Right to Rectification: Instantly edit or update your goals and personal details in the app.
