Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dhyava digital platform, mobile application, and website operated by Dhyava ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Dhyava, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Purpose & Mindful Wellness Disclaimer
Dhyava is crafted as a personal sanctuary for mindfulness, journaling, habit stacking, and subconscious reflection. The content, guided soundscapes, and AI mentors (such as Aria) are designed solely for educational and self-growth purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or financial counsel.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
- Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 3-Month Free Trial offering full access to Dhyava Pro features.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing term unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
- Account Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Refund Policies: All billing and refund processing are subject to the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
4. Intellectual Property
All original audio compositions, guided meditation tracks, written scripts, UI design elements, visual icons, and software code are the exclusive property of Dhyava and protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. Reproduction or redistribution without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination & Data Erasure
You reserve the right to close your account at any time. Utilizing the in-app Settings → Delete Account & Data feature permanently purges all your private entries and profile records from our databases.
